Refund policy

 Returned items or canceled orders are refunded as store credit to theresidency.io in the form of a The Residency E-Gift Card. Items must be unused and unworn in resalable condition with all original packaging intact, price tags attached, and with the original invoice.

0-14 days from the delivery date: customers may return their item(s) for a refund through store credit.
All sale items are final sales and non-refundable.
